1999

Creation of Naurex in Monaco

Founded in 1999, today Naurex is one of the leading providers of technical assistance and recruitment to On/Offshore projects in the Oil and Gas sector (Up and Downstream), Marine, Petrochemical, Nuclear and Civil Engineering.

2004

Creation of Pétrolis in Geneva

Petrolis was founded in Geneva by former project managers from the offshore energy industry. Petrolis is a global market leader in the provision of offshore project management services.

2005

Creation of OMC in Port Gentil, Gabon

A company specialising in personnel supply to the Oil and Gas sector and working mainly with companies in the oil and gas industry.

2008

Naurex ISO 9001 Certification

Naurex is committed to quality, with ISO9001, Radiation Protection and MLC certification.

2009

OCS Acquisition by Pétrolis

Acquisition of OCS (Offshore Consulting & Supervision). The combined experience of OCS and Pétrolis has led to the development of strategies that have extended the company's knowledge and reach into new activities and geographical areas.

2012

Pétrolis ISO 9001 Certification

ISO certification implies compliance with the highest level of requirements and contributes to the continuous improvement of our services.

2014

Naurex obtains MLC certification.

Establishes minimum working and living conditions for all seafarers on the ships concerned.

2018

Pétrolis opens a branch in Abu Dhabi

Pétrolis opens a branch in Abu Dhabi to cover the Middle-East.

2019

Naurex joins CBV ingénierie

Naurex joins CBV ingénierie and obtains Qualianor Radioprotection certification.

2021

OMC rejoins the groupe CBV Ingénierie

The group widens its services, while respecting the coherence of its businesses and its offer, with a targeted proposal in local content management.
